School Wide News
Celebration of Teaching and Learning Last weekend was our first in-person fundraising event since 2019. There was a great turn out with wonderful speeches from members of the BCA community, including some of students. During the event BCA raised just under $45,000, surpassing our goal of $30,000! Performing Arts Night The K-8 Spring Performance is coming soon! Mark your calendars for May 13th at FBC, 6:30pm. Join us for a night of high seas adventure–The Lower School will present Go, Go Jonah and The Middle School will present 13 Signs You Should Stop Being A Pirate. An evening of fun for the whole family. |

Lower School
It was teacher appreciation week at the Lower School! Thank you to our wonderful teachers and staff who go above and beyond for their students everyday. A big thank you to the parents for putting everything together! |
Stay & Play at the Lower School Starting Friday, May 13th the Lower School will be having “Stay & Plays’ in the play ground right behind the school for any parents who’d like to stay and let their kids play while they talk with other parents. This is an outside event for sunny (not rainy) days. We hope to see you there! Spirit Week The LS will be celebrating Spirit Week the last week of school, May 31-June 3. More details to come |
Upper School
Underclassmen Awards BCA’s end of year underclassmen awards will take place on May 26th during chapel and will be live-streamed on our Facebook page. Hiking Club Trip The Hiking Club will be doing Mt. Moosilauke on May 29th. Students should be dropped off at the Upper School at 7:00 am. This trip is open to all high schoolers and rising 9th graders. Please fill out the permission slip and return it by May 13th. Teacher Appreciation Week Student Council is organizing a teacher appreciation week from May 16th to the 20th. They are looking for volunteers to bring it food. Please click here to sign up. National Honor Society Students that received applications to apply for NHS need to return them by May 10th in order to be considered for membership. See Mr. Indrelie with any questions. End of Year Events: BCA Prom The BCA High School Prom will be held on Saturday, May 14th at Haverhill Country Club from 6:00-10:00 pm. The deadline for permission slips is Thursday, April 28, 2022, and the cost per ticket is $60.00. Please bring payment to Mrs. Dole or online . Please choose Misc Fees and Payments and specify that you are paying for Prom. If you have questions, please contact Marge Squire. Baccalaureate Baccalaureate will be held on Friday, May 20th at 1:30 PM at First Baptist Church in Haverhill. BCA seniors should arrive at FBC at 10:45 for rehearsal. There will be a senior appreciation lunch at from 11:45-12:45. Commencement Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Haverhill. 8th Grade Promotion 8th grade promotion will take place on Thursday, May 26th at 6:30 PM at the Upper School |
