5. Learn About Variable Tuition

At BCA, we understand that each family’s financial situation is different. If you feel that your family would qualify for need-based financial assistance in order to attend BCA, please apply through our Variable Tuition program. It is important to fill out this application at the same time as the admissions application. To learn more about this program click here.

6. Interview

Once you have submitted your application, your student will be invited to interview with a member of our Admissions Committee. Ashley Eldridge, our Admissions Assistant Director, will schedule an online interview for you.

7. Enrollment Decision

The first round of admissions decisions are released on February 1st every year. After this date we review and release decisions on a rolling basis. After your application has been reviewed and your interview completed, you will be notified of your enrollment decision and your Variable Tuition amount (if applicable) through email.

Waitpool: If one of our grades is currently filled, accepted students will be placed into a waitpool and notified once a space becomes available. Prospective students still must submit a completed application and interview with a member of our Admissions Committee to be added into our waitpool.
