Faith That Inspires
At Bradford Christian Academy faith formation is foundational to everything we do. From Kindergarten through high school graduation, we nurture students’ spiritual growth by integrating biblical principles into every aspect of their education and school experience
BCA’s Core Values in Faith Formation – Our school values guide every aspect of our approach to faith education:
Inquiry: Encouraging students to ask questions and seek understanding in their faith.
Faith: Grounding every student in a strong, personal relationship with God.
Diversity: Embracing and respecting the unique backgrounds and perspectives of our students while uniting under Christ’s love.
Service: Encouraging students to live out their faith through acts of kindness, generosity, and service to others.
Excellence: Striving for academic, personal, and spiritual excellence in all we do.

Faith Education in the Classroom
Faith education is a core component of our curriculum at every grade level. We provide structured biblical instruction to help students develop a deep understanding of God’s word and how it applies to their lives today
Lower School and Middle School: Lower school grades use the Walking with God and His People curriculum by Christian Schools International. This comprehensive program guides students through the Bible, connecting biblical lessons to daily life through engaging discussions, memory verses, and hands-on activities that reinforce key spiritual principles.
High School Bible Curriculum: Our high school students engage in an advanced biblical curriculum including Old and New Testament Surveys, and Christian Thought. These courses challenge students to think critically about their faith, examine theological concepts, and apply biblical truth to contemporary issues. As a culmination of their faith education, seniors write and present a Senior Capstone Credo articulating their personal beliefs and faith journey.
Faith is not confined to Bible classes. We integrate Christian principles into all subjects, ensuring that students develop a biblical worldview in science, literature, history, and the arts. Teachers weave faith-based discussions and values into their lessons, helping students see God’s hand in all aspects of learning and life.

Faith Beyond the Classroom
Spiritual growth extends beyond academic instruction at BCA. We provide numerous opportunities for students to develop their faith through community worship, service, and personal reflection.
Weekly Chapel Services: Elementary and Middle School students gather for chapel weekly. High School students meet for chapel three times each week. Chapel services provide worship, biblical teaching, and community-building experiences.
Morning School-Wide Prayer: Each day begins with a school-wide prayer, centering our community on faith and gratitude.
Prayer Request Boards: Placed around the school, these boards allow students and staff to share prayer requests and support one another in faith.
Middle School Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Classes: These classes incorporate faith-based principles into discussions on relationships, emotional well-being, and character development.
Advisory Groups (High School): Each high school student is placed in a small advisory group led by a teacher. These groups foster mentorship, character development, and meaningful discussions that encourage spiritual and personal growth.
