History and Mission

Bradford Christian Academy opened grades 6 through 9 in 2004. Founded by a prayer group composed of parents who valued challenging college-preparatory academics integrated with a strong Christian worldview, the school grew to add grades 10, 11, and 12 over the next three years. The school became fully accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges in 2010 and eventually grew to include elementary grades. Today BCA’s lower school (grades K through 5) take place at 97 Oxford Avenue, Haverhill, MA and our upper school campus (grades 6 through 12) is located at 320 South Main Street, Haverhill, MA. Throughout its history of growth, BCA has never wavered from its mission of

Inspiring lives of character and service through college preparatory academics integrated with a Christian faith perspective in a community distinguished by grace.

Over 300 alumni embody the faith and learning they acquired at BCA as they live, work, and serve in our local communities and around the world.
