How the Transfer Process Works
Start by submitting an inquiry, or if you are ready, you can complete our online application.
We’ll reach out to get to know your family, answer your questions, and invite you to tour our campus if you haven’t already. Seeing BCA in action is the best way to experience our culture and community. Schedule your visit today!
After applying, we’ll request recent report cards, standardized test scores, and any IEP or 504 documentation (if applicable). This helps us understand your student’s academic journey and needs.
When possible, we offer 6th-12th grade applicants the opportunity to shadow for a day—experiencing classes, meeting peers, and getting a feel for life at BCA.
Once we’ve reviewed all materials and completed any needed conversations, our admissions team will reach out with a decision.
If your student enrolls, we’ll guide you through a personalized onboarding process to ensure a smooth and joyful transition—whether you’re joining mid-year or at the start of a new school year.
