BCA STUDENT LIFE

Making a Difference Together

At Bradford Christian Academy, we believe that meaningful service is essential to nurturing compassionate leaders who positively impact their communities for Christ’s Kingdom. By Making a Difference Together, students actively engage in service opportunities that strengthen their character, deepen their faith, and develop a heart for others. By working alongside classmates, teachers, and community partners, BCA students discover the power of collaboration and the profound impact they can have when they serve with purpose and compassion. Below are just a few highlights of places and organizations where our students serve.

Batay Angelina, Dominican Republic

Since 2007, BCA’s high school students have traveled bi-annually to a local church and Compassion International Center in the Dominican Republic where we work on a construction project to create or improve space for local children, run Vacation Bible School, and fellowship with the local church community.

Elementary School Food Drive

Each year elementary students collect food items from the beginning of the school year until Thanksgiving. The students box and load the food and deliver it to a local food organization such as Somebody Cares New England.

Operation Christmas Child

Elementary students work together to fill shoe boxes with personal hygiene products, school supplies, and toys for distribution to children around the world through Samaritan’s Purse.

Casual for a Cause

For the price of two dollars, students from kindergarten through high school hold weekly dress-down days called Casual for a Cause. Money raised through Casual for a Cause supports organizations such as Heifer International, World Vision’s Clean Water Program, and hurricane relief for victims of Hurricane Helene.
