Taking performance to a higher level

[dropcap type=”circle” color=”#ffffff” background=”#ef7f2c”]I[/dropcap]n the summer of 2013, Bradford Christian Academy will hold a Summer Conservatory for all students entering grades 6 through 12. Over the course of three weeks, students will stage and produce a full-length musical while further strengthening and developing their performance skills. Students will learn the information necessary to work as a professional actor in the Northeast market, developing a resume, headshot, and how to begin a professional network with others in the industry.Further, each week will feature guest speakers who will share their professional experience and guidance on all aspects of performing and communication arts. Guest speakers include:

• Casting directors
• Headshot photographers
• Regional theater directors
• Professional actors
• News anchors
• Scenic designers
