Brian Indrelie is the chair of the biblical and theological studies department. Prior to coming to BCA, he previously taught Bible to urban youth at a rescue mission while living in Minneapolis. At BCA, Brian has built the four year high school Bible program, and has taught all Bible subjects including Hermeneutics, Old Testament, New Testament, Christian Thought, Ethics, Leadership, and Missiology, in addition to directing our all-school chapels and commencement exercises. He has also pioneered BCA’s ancient languages program, teaching beginning and intermediate Greek and Latin as well as Hebrew. In addition to teaching Brian established and advises the National Honor Society at BCA. Brian, his wife Joy, and his daughters Leah and Lydia currently live in Beverly. They are members of North Shore Community Baptist church, where Brian has served on the Leadership Council and where he currently directs the Adult Christian Education program.
