Tuition at Bradford Christian Academy

As a parent, you recognize how influential your child’s learning environment is on their development — academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

Christian education offers families reassurance that their child is in an environment and part of a community that keeps Christ at its center. As you consider a private Christian school education for your child, we recognize it’s a big decision involving many factors, including affordability.

Bradford Christian values the diversity of its student body and believes our school should be accessible to anyone who wants to be part of our community. BCA utilizes a variable tuition model to provide a tuition rate that fits within a family’s budget.

Affording a Bradford Christian Academy Education

As they’re considering school options, so many families approach the cost of private education with one of these strong assumptions:

Assumption 1

If this is the tuition, then we can’t afford this school because we don’t earn enough.

or

Assumption 2

We shouldn’t even bother asking about tuition assistance because I’m sure we earn too much to qualify .

In reality, many families with low and high incomes — and all kinds of income levels in between — do qualify for tuition assistance. Variable tuition is a means of helping as many families as possible afford the best education they can get for their children. The variable tuition system we use at Bradford Christian Academy provides a clear, impartial, and transparent process for determining your eligibility.

Our variable tuition application is simple to complete, and it will equip us to tell you exactly what your tuition will be. After applying for variable tuition, many parents discover Bradford Christian Academy is affordable. Start your application now.

You want your kids to love where they go to school, to be around good people, to come home happy, to enjoy the work they’re doing.  With my sons’ experience at BCA, it makes everything joyful and it puts a positive spin on everything we do as a family.  It’s not just a place to learn math, science, or English — the teachers feel it is their calling to make sure these kids are not only educated, but growing up to be good people.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does BCA determine if a family is eligible for reduced tuition?

BCA uses FACTS tuition management to determine the tuition rate for families applying for variable tuition. FACTS, a third-party financial processor of variable tuition applications for independent schools across the country, uses an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) calculation that takes into account many of the factors that make up a family’s overall financial picture. BCA’s variable tuition committee then evaluates each application in a fair, consistent, and confidential manner.

Is there a cap on available funds?

BCA’s variable tuition budget is generous, but not unlimited. Variable tuition rates are offered on a first come, first served basis. We encourage families to apply as soon as possible.

Is variable tuition available for students in all grades?

Families with students in kindergarten through grade 12 may apply for variable tuition.

Could applying for variable tuition diminish the chances of my child being accepted to BCA?

No. Admission applications and variable tuition applications are reviewed separately, and submitting an application for variable tuition has no bearing on an applicant’s admissibility.

How do I apply for variable tuition?

After you apply for admission to Bradford Christian Academy, you may apply for a variable tuition rate via FACTS.

Do you offer payment plans?

BCA uses FACTS Tuition Management to equip families to pay their tuition monthly. Families may also choose to pay their full annual tuition by July 1 and receive a 3% discount.
